Winter wonderland in my backyard.
Hi everyone! I wasn’t planning on posting today. Weekends are usually rest days for me. On Sunday we usually spend the day cleaning, relaxing and preparing for the week ahead. But today, something amazing happened.
I woke up and L looked out of the window and told me that it snowed. I never got out of bed this fast! He was right. It finally snowed! I have been waiting for this moment pretty much ever since I moved to Germany haha.
The first thing I did was take a video (I was half asleep so it’s not my best one) and posted it on my Instagram stories for all my friends and family to see. Then, I made myself a cup of hot chocolate, put on 984759834598 layers of clothing and sat on our balcony.
This post is a very random one and it has no structure whatsoever but I wanted to share this with you and also for memories sake. I just went around the house and took pictures and trying to make them look nice haha.
All of these photos are of our backyard 💖 I am so lucky to be living in such a beautiful country and home! And yes, that is our Christmas tree. I am posting a post of our Christmas decorations tomorrow!
I really hope you enjoyed this short and random post! I’m planning on doing a Christmas week on my blog where I post a post every single day. What would you like to see?? Leave your suggestions in the comments section below!

Stunning pics…soon there cannot wait
I love the fresh, new snow, before anyone’s touched it! I used to have a great view of openness like this, and watching it turn white in winter was so lovely. Thanks for the trip down memory lane…
You’re welcome 🙂 Thank you for your comment!
